Vitamini A dusanga mu muneke ifasha kandi mu gutuma umuntu agira amaso akora neza, The National Institute of Health yahishuye ko kurya umuneke birinda amaso, imboni ikagumana ubushobozi bwayo ndetse umuntu akaba yabasha no kugenda nijoro ntakibazo agira.

Nubwo kurya umuneke ari byiza, si byiza kurya imineke myinshi kuko bitagwa neza umubiri. Abantu bagirwa inama yo kutarenza byibura imineke ine buri munsi, bishobora gutuma kandi amaraso atabasha kugenzura ingano y’isukari.
