BACKGROUND
Opportunity International is a registered non-governmental organisation (NGO) devoted to improving access to and quality of education through microfinance and holistic school development. Through the EduQuality Programme, Opportunity International is planning to launch its EduQuality Digital project in 1Q 2021. The project will improve the use of integrated ICT in low-cost non-state schools across Africa and strengthen the use of ICT to sustain gains made in the programme by earlier projects.
This procurement is funded by Opportunity International with allocated funds and is, therefore, soliciting for competent suppliers/providers for the provision of the following supplies and works. We are looking for a vendor, wholesale supplier, or import/export company to support in the procurement of the following items in Rwanda, with potential for procurements in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana, as well, if vendor has international operations. Proposed bids should include a minimum of five potential tablet samples (preference for non-branded devices) in multiple quantities with total estimated variable and fixed costs.
